Individual Therapy
If you've experienced individual therapy before, you likely understand its transformative impact. But if therapy is new to you, you might have questions, like, “What exactly is individual counseling? How can it truly benefit me?”

Individual therapy is a one-on-one mental health approach tailored to each person’s unique needs. It involves working with a therapist to set personal goals, process past experiences, and develop skills to manage symptoms or triggers, helping you lead a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Typically, individual therapy is a private setting between the client and therapist. Occasionally, a trusted person might be invited into a session, but only when it supports the client’s treatment plan and personal goals.

Family & Couples Therapy
Children's challenges often affect the entire family, just as family dynamics can influence a child’s well-being. Family therapy focuses on understanding these interactions, identifying behaviors that sustain difficulties, and guiding adjustments in family dynamics and roles. Sometimes this process involves the whole family, and at other times, just a few members.

Couples therapy at Invictus Living supports all types of couples. We assist in recognizing and resolving conflicts to strengthen the relationship. While the goal is often to rebuild and improve the bond, therapy can also help couples decide if parting ways is the best path forward.
